Q. How much is Shipping?

A. Shipping is $6.95 via USPS. Shipping is FREE on orders of $150+. If you are local or just happen to be in the Vero Beach area, you can select In-Store Pickup. There is no charge associated with that option. 

Q. Why won't it let me choose shipping at checkout? 

A. Several Items, such as Versa Totes, Lifeguard Hats, & Glass items are not available for shipping. This is to avoid the possibility of damage during shipping.  However, we would be happy to carefully package one of these items at an additional charge if local pickup is not an option for you. Please reach out to us if you would like to do so. 

Q. What is the return policy?

A. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy here.

Q. Do you offer in-store pick up?

A. Yes! Make sure to select “In Store Pick Up” in the shipping options. Orders placed during our business hours will be ready for pickup within 2-4 hours. Order placed outside our business hours will generally be ready the next business day. A team member will contact you via email to notify you that your order is ready for pick up. If you have any special circumstances or questions regarding your in-store pickup, give us a call. While we can’t promise we can make it happen every time, we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. 

Q. What Is your pick up policy & how long will you hold pick up orders? 

At the time of placing an order for pickup, you will be notified when your order is ready. Once you receive the notification, you will have 14 days to pick up your order. In case you are unable to pick up your order within 14 days, we will contact you via email with one final reminder that your order is ready and needs to be picked up. 

If you do not respond or pick up your order within 24 hours of the final notice, your order will be restocked, and no refunds or exchanges will be given.

If you change your mind and would like the order to be shipped, we can do so, but it needs to be requested within the 14-day pick up window.

Q. When will my order ship, how is it shipped, and can I track my package?

A. For orders placed between Monday-Friday (excluding Holidays), your order will ship within two business days. We strive try to ship the same day but our ability to do this will be dependent on when the order was placed and other unforeseeable circumstances. We ship via USPS and will provide shipping notifications and tracking information via email.

Q. Do you carry petite or plus sizes?

A. A typical size run is S/M/L. From time to time we will have styles that come in XS & XL. Please use our "Shop by Size" option on our website to see what we have in your size!

Q. Will my gift card expire?

A. No, your gift card will always maintain value and can be used online or in store.

*Please Note: When we launched the website, we changed sales systems. Gift cards issued before May 2019 are not accepted on the website. Those gift cards will retain their value, but must be used in store at Seahorse Lane Boutique.

Q. Can promo codes be used in store and can coupons be used online?

A. Online promotions, sales, or “promo codes” are only valid when used online unless otherwise specified. In store coupons or sales are only valid in store unless otherwise specified.

Q. Something i want is sold out. Will it be restocked?

A. We do our best to restock popular items if possible. If you'd like to be notified when an item is restocked, let one our stylists know & we will add you to our list! 


Q. How can I stay informed about new arrivals and promotions?

A. The best way to stay up to date on new arrivals and promotions, besides our website, is to follow us on Instagram @shopseahorse and to sign up for our text/email list. Signing up for emails is a great way to receive exclusive online promo codes. Sign up here or at the bottom of this page.
