Q. How much is Shipping?

A. We ship via USPS. Shipping for most items is a flat rate of $4. If you are purchasing shoes, shipping will be a flat rate of $7. If your purchase is over $100 shipping is FREE. If you are local or just happen to be in the Vero Beach area, you can select In-Store pickup. There is no charge associated with that option. 

Q. What is the return policy?

A. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy here.

Q. Do you offer in-store pick up?

A. Yes! Make sure to select “In Store Pick Up” in the shipping options. Orders will be ready by noon of the next business day. A team member will contact you via email to notify you that your order is ready for pick up. If you need an order ready for pick up on the same day, select “In Store Pick Up” in the shipping options and give us a call. While we can’t promise we can make it happen every time, we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Q. When will my order ship, how is it shipped, and can I track my package?

A. Orders will ship no later than the first business day after the order was placed. We will always try to ship same day but our ability to do this will be dependent on when the order was placed and other factors. We ship via USPS and will provide shipped notifications and tracking information via email.

Q. Do you carry petite or plus sizes?

A. A typical size run is S/M/L. From time to time we will have styles that come in XS but we very rarely stock XL or other plus sizes.

Q. Will my gift card expire?

A. No, your gift card will always maintain value and can be used online or in store.

*Please Note: When we launched the website, we changed sales systems. Gift cards issued before May 2019 are not accepted on the website. Those gift cards will retain their value, but must be used in store at Seahorse Lane Boutique.

Q. Can promo codes be used in store and can coupons be used online?

A. Online promotions, sales, or “promo codes” are only valid when used online unless otherwise specified. In store coupons or sales are only valid in store unless otherwise specified.

A. The best way to stay up to date on new arrivals and promotions is to follow us on Instagram @shopseahorse and sign up for our email list. Signing up for emails is a great way to receive exclusive online promo codes. Sign up here or at the bottom of this page.
